Our aim is to provide excellent accommodations, versatile meeting and event spaces, and a range of hosting, lodging, and dining options to meet your expectations.
At ‘Iole, we believe in creating an environment that nurtures and grounds you in the vibrant traditions of our beautiful island. Our design allows your group to truly unwind and disconnect from technology, while reconnecting with the natural elements that surround you. Here, you can experience breakthrough transformations, foster deeper relationships, and discover new pathways within your organization. To fully embrace this experience, we recommend making ‘Iole your exclusive home throughout your stay. Our rates are designed to reflect this all-inclusive and immersive experience.

We offer a 15% Kama’aina discount on all rates for Hawaiian based groups and a 25% discount for non-profit and educational groups. Discounted rates are shown below.
RATES

Exclusive use of the entire property and facilities. Includes a combination of lodging up to 80 people between our 10 bungalows and dormitory building. All meeting, gathering, dining spaces, and our State Certified Kitchen* for cooking meals or to use for catered meals are included. With this, you get full access to the surrounding grounds and you are ensured that no other groups will be on property at the same time. ($500 savings per day discount)

Includes lodging for up to 50 people with a shared dormitory experience. Also includes all of our facility spaces for meetings & gatherings, as well as our State Certified Kitchen* for meals. The showers are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash & all linens/towels are provided. ($200 savings per day discount)

Includes 10 exclusive 1bd/1bth dwellings with kitchenette, living room & lanai. Each unit includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, coffee & tea selection, crockeries & cutlery. A Brita water pitcher is provided in the fridge and the showers have shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Access to all facility spaces for meetings/gatherings and dining areas. Also included is our State Certified Kitchen* for meals to be prepared. The bungalows can accommodate 1-3 guests per bungalow. ($200 savings per day discount)

Consider hosting your next group gathering for the day or holding your next company or community meeting/event here. We offer a variety of different-sized meeting spaces to accommodate just what you need. We offer fold-out tables & chairs up to a group of 100. Meeting spaces can be rented for full or half days.

The grand dining hall is the largest gathering space. It can hold up to a total of 115 seated for dining. There is the option to rent the entire dining hall, or it can be rented out in two sections. The largest side can accommodate 80 to 100 and rents individually for $1,000. The smaller side accommodates about 35 comfortably and rents individually for $400. If you’d like to rent the entire space, it runs $1,200.

If you would like to add on one of our cozy and inviting bungalows to your meeting or lodging rental, they are US$350 per night.
If you’d like to add the State Certified Kitchen* to your meeting space or lodging rental it runs US$1,000 per day.Discounted rates for add ons will be calculated using total rental rate.

*Required for any group using the State Certified Kitchen is a Hawai‘i State Department of Health Food Certification Card. Private chefs will already have this certification.
